About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team at Circunomics. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online performance marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement online performance marketing strategies across channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, to achieve targeted key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights and adjust strategies to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and other key performance metrics.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in online performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Asian Market Experience: Experience working in the Asian market.
  • Startup or High-Growth Environment: Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Email Marketing Software: Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Digital Marketing Certification: Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Technical Understanding: Technical understanding is a plus.
  • Industry Interest: Interest in the Automotive Industry/E-Vehicles/Energy Sector/Circular Economy.
