Digital Performance Marketing Lead

Your Mission
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement extensive online performance marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, to meet defined KPIs.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals from inception to execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance metrics to uncover trends and insights, making necessary adjustments to enhance ROAS, CPA, and other critical performance indicators.
  • Financial Stewardship: Efficiently manage and distribute budgets across marketing channels to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure unified messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes to keep our marketing strategies innovative.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior marketing team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.
Your Profile
  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in online performance marketing, with a successful history of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to think strategically while maintaining a keen eye for detail in execution.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying ideas and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
