Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Frankfurt am Main - Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented digital marketing professional to spearhead our strategic ecommerce initiatives. This role is crucial for amplifying brand visibility, ensuring impeccable product presentation for our retail partners, and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales. The ideal candidate will possess a growth-oriented mindset and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns in alignment with our key account management and retail partners.
  • Enhance our brand messaging strategy and ensure the flawless execution of product detail pages and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct conversion testing and various experiments to derive insights for diverse product categories and retail partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for relevant vendors and agencies as required.
  • Formulate and execute a continuous content promotion strategy.
  • Coordinate go-to-market content to ensure successful product launches with our retail partners.
  • Develop and implement creative digital retail campaigns tailored for each customer, collaborating closely with our Category Marketing and Sales teams to drive consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead qualification and marketing-to-sales transition processes.
  • Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities, such as brand pages, with our retail partners.
  • Ensure the online representation of our consumer electronics products aligns with our global brand positioning.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators, including campaign metrics and sales uplifts.
  • Oversee input for Product Information Management (PIM), ensuring all data is accurate and timely in accordance with launch schedules.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and news to guide future growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize the digital retail placement of our product portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Adaptability and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a global context and comprehend organizational structures and responsibilities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
