ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior B2B Account Manager, you will take charge of formulating our B2B sales approach within the DACH region and spearheading expansion in your assigned customer sectors. Your primary objective will be to attract new clients through strategic sales initiatives that you will devise and implement effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and senior management, playing a crucial role in developing our new business domain. This position is permanent and located in Munich.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently establish and expand one of our B2B target customer segments (Interior Designers or Property Developers).
- Formulate a strategy for customer acquisition and growth, translating this strategy into a practical plan with defined KPIs.
- Drive the advancement of the B2B sector, collaborating with leaders across the organization to realize significant B2B projects and assist in establishing necessary processes.
- Become the company-wide authority for your target customer segment.
- Devise retention and upselling strategies for your customer segment and integrate these into the overall B2B retention and upselling framework.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
- Engage in discussions with Senior Leadership and prepare essential communication materials for the Head of B2B and the Executive Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience with a proven record in business development and Key Account Management within B2B Furniture, Home & Living, or Lifestyle sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience working with one of the target customer segments (Interior Designer, Property Developer).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to enhancing revenue for your customer segments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to structure and manage intricate cross-company projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or speed.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
