We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to become a vital part of our team and contribute to the expansion of our innovative HR software solutions. In a collaborative and pet-friendly environment, you will work alongside a diverse group of over 40 professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging digital presentations of our SaaS offerings to B2B enterprise clients
  • Enhance relationships with current accounts through effective Up- and Cross-Selling strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams to integrate client feedback into product enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS sector
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to provide customized solutions to address client needs
  • Proficiency in both German and English
