Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our commercial fleet acquisition team, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new professional car sharing fleets to join our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new professional car sharing fleets in Germany
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet owners and operators
  • Work closely with our marketing and business intelligence teams to develop targeted campaigns and analyze sales performance
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and develop strategies to increase fleet sizes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
  • High-energy and hands-on mentality, with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build and analyze data using Excel
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1)
