About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Activator to join our team at Red Bull. As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products in the field, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including LEH, tank stations, and GAM.
  • Implement and execute national key account agreements, ensuring seamless distribution and product availability.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
