Field Sales Representative Role in the Sales Division

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a strong interest in sales and are excited to work in the field. Our Field Sales Representatives will engage with clients in various retail sectors, including supermarkets and convenience stores. They will be proactive and enjoy fostering relationships with customers.

While we do not expect a flawless resume from our candidates, we value passion and commitment to the role. This full-time position offers a vibrant environment for professional growth within a collaborative team, working closely with local Sales Managers.

Position Overview

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Executing the Perfect Store strategy to effectively represent our brand and ensure product visibility at major retail accounts. Field Sales Representatives are vital in maintaining product distribution and energizing stores to enhance sales.
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities to broaden our market presence.
  • Independently participating in promotional activities and initiatives, utilizing communication and sales expertise to increase sales performance.
  • No formal business qualifications are necessary, although a basic understanding of commerce is advantageous.
  • Fluency in the German language, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in the specified region.
  • Strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and networking capabilities are crucial.
  • Professionalism, competence, and a positive attitude are essential attributes.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time is required.
  • A good sense of humor is an added advantage.
