Senior Field Marketing Manager, DACH Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the global marketing team to drive campaigns locally and align with local Sales and business development teams to coordinate proper SLAs and support in the region.
- Develop and execute top-of-the-funnel programs that lead to opportunities and build pipeline to foster new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities in the DACH region.
- Use the most effective channels and discover new ones in the areas leveraging various digital and offline marketing tactics, including tradeshows and events.
- Manage marketing to/with partners & alliances plan to generate demand for Jedox software suite.
- Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate the performance of marketing activities regularly.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and performance in the regions.
- Collaborate with global marketing colleagues, cross-functional teammates, partners, and external vendors to ensure the success of marketing activities.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
- Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans.
- Knowledge of Digital marketing (Google Adwords, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience working with Marketing tools and CRM systems – Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense.
- Proven track record in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- 6+ Years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
