Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Pointsharp GmbH (vormals Cryptshare AG). As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for region DACH that integrate sales and marketing requirements.
  • Develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with partners in the region.
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs, including third-party hosted events, internal portfolio hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results and optimizing as needed.
  • Own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs that penetrate key accounts in the region.
  • Maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance marketing department.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
  • Strong affinity to the German software market, in addition to the Austrian and Swiss markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting.
  • German native speaker and fluent in English.
