About the Role:
This position is part of the Product Transfer (PT) team within the Endoscopy Division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering impactful, cost-effective projects. This role necessitates collaboration across a network of stakeholders, including Sourcing, Operations, and Divisional partners, highlighting the importance of strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects, ensuring objectives are met within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
- Lead PT implementation initiatives while closely managing project expenditures on capital and operational budgets.
- Ensure clear, objective, and quantifiable measurement of project/program progress, including PTQ, slippage, float, risk assessment, and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with Divisional and GQO representatives to drive successful project implementation, engaging with internal business partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in the selection, training, and performance evaluation of project resources, leading shared campus resources in alignment with program priorities.
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks while coordinating with the broader OI team on common PT challenges and solutions.
- Guide the team through complex situations, removing obstacles, assigning appropriate resources, and collaborating with other functions to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Establish priorities, instilling a sense of urgency and importance within the team while adhering to project management methodologies.
- Provide exemplary leadership to project resources, fostering an engaging and positive work environment. Performance will be assessed based on milestone delivery and team effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical or project management capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple concurrent tasks.
- Capability to comprehend complex information and distill critical insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Open-mindedness with the ability to recognize and appreciate valuable ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project management experience in Product Transfer and/or New Product Introduction within a regulated environment.
- Experience in FDA-regulated or similar industries.
- Familiarity with process/product validations, statistical methods, GD&T, and process mapping.
- Background in continuous improvement and project/process enhancement.
