Solar Projects GmbH provides an extensive range of services, from greenfield development and turnkey construction to financing options and the operation of ground-mounted or floating solar parks and hybrid plants. Thanks to our global expertise, our local teams can cater to our customers’ needs and requirements.
Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our Purchasing team in Munich or Freiburg, and are currently looking for a
**Central Purchasing Coordinator EMEA (d/f/m) for utility scale solar projects.**

What You Will Do
- Acting as the responsible central interface between local entities and the central purchasing team
- Supervising the EMEA forecast for long-lead component demands in cooperation with local purchasing coordinators (established in EMEA key-markets)
- Managing project stakeholders across functions to support the central component purchasers in a dynamic project environment
- Main contact person for project supervision in Germany and other European markets to obtain or deliver purchasing-relevant informations (e.g. attending project meetings / monitoring lead times)
- Supporting the central purchasing team in the preparation of tendering procedures (solar modules, transformer stations, inverters, mounting structures, etc.)
- Reporting of results, project status, problems and purchasing relevant requirements to the central purchasing team
- Supervising project budgets and obtaining approvals
- Representing the purchasing team regarding strategic purchasing alignment in project development and implementation

What You Bring
- Degree in business engineering, electrical engineering or another comparable qualification (specialization in renewable energy is a big plus)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of purchasing and/or commercial project management
- Business fluency in English; other language skills are a plus
- Working proficiency in MS Office
- Good negotiation skills, coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
