Your Assignment:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at TDK-Micronas GmbH. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for designing and administering our entire network infrastructure, ensuring it meets current security standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and administer the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall, in accordance with current security standards.
- Implement network access control and refine rules and regulations in line with the Zero Trust concept.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to develop and implement IT security concepts.
- Manage and maintain the network infrastructure and associated documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for telephone system inquiries.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- IT training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in network administration, WLAN, and NextGen firewalls, as well as change management of a highly available IT infrastructure.
- Experience in managing and implementing IT projects, with and without external support.
- Knowledge of network segregation, NAC, and peripheral systems (DHCP, DNS, CA) is desirable.
- A high level of commitment, solution-oriented, and independent work style.
- Affinity for sustainable solutions that fit the IT security baseline and lean processes.
- Very good German and English skills.
