Project Coordinator

For the B. Braun New Ventures Team in Freiburg we are searching for a Project Coordinator (M/F/d).

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- You play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of a major development project for a new robotic surgery platform
- You are working very closely with the project leadership team contributing to the success of the project in terms of timeline, quality and cost
- You are in charge of planning and execution of major project events such as internal labs, external labs, customer visits, as well as visits of external and internal partners
- You are the contact person for central administration functions including the organization of training courses and the coordination of internal company events
- You organize and maintain equipment and material needed for project events including prototypes and test equipment
- For major project events you create agendas and coordinate travel and local arrangements
- You take on selected project management tasks to increase the work efficiency of the entire project team and you support the on-boarding of new team members
- Besides the project team you work closely with the local back-office team as well as with supporting functions of other B. Braun entities

**Professional competencies**:

- Several years of professional experience in project coordination in a cross-functional role, preferably in R&D
- Familiarity with project management tools, ideally including the scrum framework
- Mastering standard office software tools
- You are fluent in German and English

- You are a passionate organizer with a high level of service orientation
- You are a strong communicator and an easy to approach person
- You love interacting with people and getting things done with a strong attention to detail
- You master time management and have a can-do attitude
- A passion for high tech products would be advantageous
