KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive revenue growth from a designated portfolio of accounts while closely partnering with the Territory Sales Manager
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach via calls and emails
  • Maintain and enhance the prospect database for effective targeting
  • Facilitate profitable sales processes efficiently
  • Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Regularly update and utilize the CRM MS 365 platform
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the EMEA region
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in the food & beverage or life sciences sectors is a plus
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Dynamic CRM
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette, listening, and presentation abilities
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
