We provide a flexible and stimulating work environment that encourages personal and professional growth. This role as a SCM Specialist (f/m/d) in Service Logistics is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency.

Work Location Flexibility: In this role, you may have the opportunity to work remotely (within Germany) for up to 60% of your working hours, subject to managerial agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the tracking, optimization, and monitoring of productivity initiatives in close partnership with the Finance team.
  • Facilitate effective planning processes for productivity initiatives within Service Logistics.
  • Develop and implement streamlined procedures and processes aimed at enhancing productivity.
  • Manage the reporting of information to relevant stakeholders and management regarding the status and forecasts of productivity initiatives.
  • Support project teams in crafting business cases and driving productivity improvements.
  • Act as a collaborative partner for the CSML teams and Finance in Service Logistics.
  • Lead productivity enhancement initiatives in Service Logistics alongside project managers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in performance controlling, finance, or project management, with additional expertise in Supply Chain Management being advantageous.
  • Possession of significant long-term professional experience and relevant qualifications in this domain, even without a university degree, is welcomed.
  • Strong understanding of calculation methods, business cases, and the OPW methodology.
  • In-depth knowledge of value flow and financial processes, ideally with familiarity in SCM and HPS/Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in various areas of the CS organization and established connections within our regions are preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders, with experience in a multicultural environment.
  • A strong inclination towards internal digitization initiatives is a valuable asset.
