We provide a flexible and dynamic work environment that encourages personal and professional growth. This position as a SCM Specialist (f/m/d) in Service Logistics is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency.
Work Location Flexibility: This role allows for mobile work arrangements within Germany, subject to managerial agreement, offering up to 60% of working hours remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize productivity initiatives in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Facilitate effective planning processes for productivity measures within Service Logistics.
- Develop and implement streamlined procedures to enhance productivity.
- Compile and report relevant information to stakeholders and management regarding productivity status and forecasts.
- Assist project teams in formulating business cases and driving productivity improvements.
- Act as a liaison between Service Logistics and CSML teams, as well as Finance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in performance controlling, finance, or project management; experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of calculation methods, business cases, and OPW methodology.
- Strong understanding of value flow and financial processes, with familiarity in SCM and HPS/Lean methodologies.
- Experience across various areas of the CS organization is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- A strong inclination towards internal digitization initiatives.
