We are seeking a Production Planner / Logistics Specialist to oversee production planning within the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Business Line, enhance planning methodologies, and propel their digital transformation.

This role provides the flexibility to choose your preferred work location, allowing for remote work (within Germany) for up to 60% of the time, subject to supervisor agreement.

Position options include full-time or part-time arrangements, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production planning for MR systems, including new, used, and upgraded models, in collaboration with Source, Make, and Deliver, making daily adjustments as necessary.
  • Engaging in mid-term planning and capacity alignment with Order Management and other relevant interfaces.
  • Contributing to the advancement of planning processes, focusing on digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Acting as a key user for production planning in the implementation of SAP APO.
  • Supporting process modifications and implementations within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) framework and participating in related projects.
  • Serving as the logistical liaison to the Magnet factory for scheduling, process alignment, order management, returns, transport agreements, and addressing deviations, functioning as an Inbound Specialist for procurement inquiries regarding MR magnets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and service providers across upstream and downstream processes, coordinating warehouse and material supply matters.
  • Overseeing internal and external coordination on planning-related issues.

Your qualifications include:

  • A completed degree in business or a technical discipline, coupled with several years of experience in production planning.
  • Candidates with a completed apprenticeship in logistics or a technical field, along with additional qualifications (e.g., Technician) and substantial relevant experience in production planning, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, customer order-based production planning, and involvement in projects aimed at enhancing logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP APO and SCM IS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of material management and intralogistics, as well as relevant SAP functionalities (e.g., SAP MM, PP).
  • Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications.
