Work Location Flexibility: This position allows for mobile work arrangements within Germany, enabling you to work remotely up to 60% of your scheduled hours, subject to managerial approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, optimize, and track productivity initiatives in close collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Facilitate effective planning processes for productivity measures within Service Logistics.
  • Design and implement streamlined procedures and processes aimed at enhancing productivity.
  • Manage information processing and reporting to stakeholders and management regarding productivity status and forecasts.
  • Support project teams in developing business cases and drive initiatives for productivity improvements.
  • Act as a key Service Logistics partner for CSML teams and Finance.
  • Collaborate with project managers to advance productivity enhancement initiatives in Service Logistics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in performance controlling, finance, or project management; experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with significant experience and qualifications in the field, even without a university degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of calculation methods, business cases, and the OPW methodology.
  • Strong understanding of value flow and financial processes, with familiarity in SCM and HPS/Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in various areas of the CS organization and strong regional connections are advantageous.

Attributes and Skills:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders, with experience in multicultural environments.
  • A strong inclination towards internal digitization initiatives is essential.
