Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Process Optimization Specialist (f/m/d), you will be an integral member of our process development and management team. Your contributions will be vital in refining engineering processes and workflows.

  • Your responsibilities will encompass the assessment and analysis of current engineering processes, alongside the ongoing monitoring and management of these processes to uphold their efficiency and quality, including support for audits.
  • You will pinpoint areas for synergy and enhancement, devise solutions, and execute process improvements relevant to engineering.
  • Collaboration with various specialized departments and the central Business Excellence & Quality team will be essential.
  • You will serve as a resource for engineering personnel, addressing inquiries related to process matters, organizing training sessions, and occasionally leading these sessions yourself.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering is required.
  • Several years of professional experience in process management, preferably within an engineering context, is essential.
  • Proficiency in process optimization methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and SDS, is expected.
  • Experience in implementing process enhancements and modifications is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capability to tackle complex challenges are crucial.
  • A solid command of English is necessary, and proficiency in German is advantageous.
