KLEEMANN GmbH is a member of the WIRTGEN GROUP, a globally operating corporate network in the construction machinery industry, with five main production facilities in Germany and local manufacturing sites in Brazil, China, and India, as well as a worldwide sales and service network.
Within the WIRTGEN GROUP, KLEEMANN GmbH specializes in mobile crushing and screening plants for natural stone processing and the recycling of construction materials. Our team in Göppingen, Baden-Württemberg, comprises over 600 dedicated employees.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
IT Operations Manager (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities:- Lead and develop our IT team both technically and administratively.
- Design, conceptualize, and implement IT and digitalization strategies, as well as IT policies and processes, in close collaboration with relevant departments, particularly in the context of our corporate strategy.
- Coordinate local and global IT projects and support measures, ensuring effective resource management.
- Provide, enhance, and maintain IT infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud-based) while optimizing it to improve the efficiency of business processes.
- Expand existing cybersecurity and awareness programs, ensuring compliance with security and integrity standards of IT systems, and proactively identifying security risks in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage collaboration with external partners and service providers, ensuring effective supplier management, including procurement strategies and price negotiations.
- A completed degree in (business) informatics or a completed vocational training in the IT field with several years of professional experience.
- Ideally, initial leadership experience in managing an IT team.
- Solid knowledge in the design, establishment, and operation of IT infrastructure, production IT, network security, and system integration.
- Comprehensive understanding of laws, regulations, and standards regarding data security and privacy.
- Strong social and service-oriented skills with a pronounced ability for interdisciplinary dialogue.
- Goal-oriented and structured approach with a high degree of solution orientation and implementation strength, along with a hands-on mentality.
- Organizational talent and the ability to think conceptually and across departments.
- Enthusiasm for innovative developments in the IT sector.
- Fluency in German at a native level and good English skills, both written and spoken.
