Digital Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Sales Strategic Account team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital development of our key accounts, optimizing our brand representation and customer experience, and increasing net sales and market share online.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Strategic Account team in digital development, leveraging digital expertise to adapt our approach to engaging consumers across key accounts' digital touchpoints.
- Take responsibility for digital KPIs and metric reporting, collaborating with the Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) Sales Lead to ensure optimal digital performance.
- Continuously evaluate the digital market, using data-driven insights to contribute to optimal assortment proposals with the DPC and customer teams.
- Focus on key digital metrics, increasing visibility, availability, and awareness, and providing clear recommendations for improvement.
- Assume responsibility for digital sales reporting, providing quarterly overviews of our brands' performance to key stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in eCommerce or digital.
- University degree in business, eCommerce, or equivalent.
- Experience working with external stakeholders, ideally in the sportswear industry.
- Good knowledge of the local e-commerce landscape in the sportswear industry.
- Experience working with reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI.
