About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and a talent for building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Western Europe, focusing on both new and existing clients, managing sales operations, and collaborating closely with team members. You will also oversee the sales budget, ensuring that monthly and annual targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand brand presence in new and existing markets.
- Manage the sales and cost budget to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Prepare forecasts and plans for monthly and annual sales/turnover figures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and enhance overall team performance.
- Work with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of market complexities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a small team, with a hands-on approach to driving business growth.
