People Operations Partner

The position presents a chance to influence various people-centric elements within the organization, thereby impacting the overall effectiveness of teams in delivering results to our clients. You will monitor the recruitment of suitable candidates, assist your teams in fostering effective team dynamics, and consistently advocate for enhanced performance. Additionally, you will serve as a key ally to your business manager in setting objectives, evaluating performance, and facilitating employee development.
In this role, you will be accountable for collaborating with designated managers, providing support to their subordinate managers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit and onboard talented individuals who align with our company culture, ensuring they are prepared to contribute from day one.
● Monitor team and individual performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues and suggesting improvement strategies as needed.
● Act as a reliable partner for your assigned managers and their teams on all people-related matters.
● Continuously propose initiatives to enhance our support and care for employees, facilitating rapid business growth.
● Maintain accurate payroll records, manage HR administration—especially regarding onboarding and offboarding—and ensure compliance with regulations.
● Serve as a daily ambassador for our organizational culture, embedding it into every facet of our business operations.
● Be a trusted resource for both minor and significant inquiries.
● Champion a culture of learning, growth, and boundary-pushing within your teams.
Qualifications:
● A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.
● A candidate with a business-oriented mindset and innovative problem-solving skills, who is organized, meticulous, and sensitive to employee needs.
● A proactive individual willing to engage in various tasks as required.
● An expert with comprehensive knowledge of the People & Culture agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employment law.
● A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and achieving results without extensive team support.
● A person passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
● Experience in an international setting is highly advantageous.
● Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
