People Operations Partner

This position provides a unique opportunity to influence various people-centric elements within the organization, thereby impacting the overall performance of teams in delivering value to our clients. You will monitor the recruitment of suitable candidates, assist teams in fostering effective dynamics, and drive initiatives for enhanced performance. Additionally, you will serve as a key ally to your business manager in setting objectives, evaluating performance, and nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit and onboard talented individuals who align with our company culture, ensuring they are well-prepared from day one.
● Monitor team and individual performance metrics, proactively addressing issues and suggesting improvement strategies as needed.
● Provide unwavering support to your assigned managers and their teams, becoming a reliable partner for all HR-related concerns.
● Continuously propose innovative ideas to enhance our employee support systems, facilitating rapid business growth.
● Maintain accurate payroll records, oversee HR administration—especially concerning onboarding and offboarding—and ensure compliance with regulations.
● Act as a daily ambassador for our organizational culture, embedding these values into every facet of our business operations.
● Serve as a trusted resource for a wide range of inquiries and issues.
● Champion a culture of learning, development, and boundary-pushing across all teams.
Qualifications:
● A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
● A business-oriented individual with a creative approach to problem-solving, who is organized, meticulous, and sensitive to employee needs.
● A proactive individual willing to engage in all tasks, regardless of their nature.
● An expert in all facets of the People & Culture agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employment law.
● A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and achieving results without extensive team support.
● A person with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
● Experience in an international work environment is advantageous.
● Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

● Number of open positions within business units
● Employee turnover rates, including during probationary periods
● People-related budget management
● Achievement of business team objectives and performance metrics
