Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Inside Account Manager to oversee our Enterprise accounts in the North region. This role is essential in collaborating with our Key Account Manager to facilitate presales initiatives and enhance client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive account management through phone and email communications
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities and manage customer interactions
  • Serve as a product configuration expert for customer needs
  • Ensure pipeline integrity and manage sales opportunities effectively
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team on intricate configurations
  • Support the development of value propositions and solution strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft software
  • Experience in the technology or IT sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Prior experience in solution-oriented sales
