About the Role

Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Inside Account Manager to oversee our Enterprise accounts in the North region. This role is essential in collaborating with our Key Account Manager to facilitate presales activities and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive account management through various communication channels
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities and enhance customer interactions
  • Serve as a product configuration specialist for client needs
  • Ensure accuracy in pipeline management and opportunity tracking
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team on intricate configurations
  • Support the development of value propositions and strategic solution roadmaps

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft software
  • Experience in the technology or IT sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Prior experience in solution-oriented sales
