Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Account Manager to oversee our Enterprise accounts within the North region. This role is essential in supporting our Key Account Manager and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through effective presales engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive account management through effective communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities and enhance customer interactions
  • Serve as a product configuration expert for client needs
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and opportunity tracking
  • Partner with the technical sales team to navigate complex configurations
  • Contribute to the development of value propositions and strategic solution roadmaps

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft applications
