Additive Manufacturing Science Coordinator (m/w/d)

Die Technische Universität München engagiert sich im Bereich der Additiven Fertigung (AM) und hat das Ziel, die Forschungs- und Lehraktivitäten in diesem innovativen Feld zu konsolidieren und zu koordinieren. Das Mission Network TUM.Additive fördert die Sichtbarkeit der Forschung in AM und arbeitet eng mit verschiedenen Forschungsgruppen zusammen, die interdisziplinäre Ansätze verfolgen.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Koordination der strategischen Ausrichtung von TUM.Additive
  • Operative Umsetzung vereinbarter Ziele mit Planung der nächsten Schritte und Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft
  • Aktive Vernetzung und Abstimmung mit Kooperationspartnern innerhalb und außerhalb der Universität
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Koordination von wissenschaftlichen Anträgen im Kooperationsverbund
  • Projektkoordination im Advanced Manufacturing Institute
  • Unterstützung des Steuerungskreises und der Sprecherin des Advanced Manufacturing Institute
  • Repräsentation von TUM.Additive auf nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen
  • Aktive Kommunikation und Kooperation mit Projektpartnern
  • Abstimmung mit dem Venture Lab Additive Manufacturing

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom, Master) oder Young Professional im Maschinenbau oder einem ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Additiven Fertigung
  • Freude am eigenständigen Arbeiten und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Kommunikationsgeschick und Networkingkompetenz
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Interdisziplinäres Denken und organisatorisches Talent
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office Programmen
