Fleet Management Customer Support Specialist

Do you possess a strong enthusiasm for Customer Support and Fleet Operations? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to enhance our fleet management division at SYNCREON.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and refine the procurement and delivery of vehicles.
  • Manage vehicle orders based on defined criteria and handle scheduling for deliveries and returns.
  • Administer registration documents and oversee leasing agreements for vehicles, including monitoring returns.
  • Ensure the validity of fuel cards.
  • Compile monthly reports for clients and track mileage for leasing agreements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the designated contact.
  • Update department management and clients regarding the current status of operations.
  • Address traffic violations and coordinate with the appropriate authorities.
  • Request and verify reference offers based on established parameters.
  • Approve cost estimates in accordance with agreed specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, leasing, or vehicle rental is advantageous.
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is required.
  • Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
