Fleet Management Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and enhance vehicle acquisition and distribution processes.
  • Manage vehicle orders based on defined criteria and coordinate scheduling for both deliveries and returns.
  • Handle registration documentation and oversee leasing agreements, ensuring effective monitoring of vehicle returns.
  • Ensure the validity of fuel cards is maintained.
  • Generate monthly reports for clients, detailing vehicle usage and leasing contract mileage.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal contacts.
  • Keep management and clients informed about ongoing status updates.
  • Address traffic violations and ensure they are processed through the appropriate channels.
  • Request and verify reference quotes as per client specifications.
  • Approve cost estimates in line with agreed parameters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, leasing, or vehicle rental is advantageous.
  • Completed commercial training or apprenticeship.
  • Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach.
  • A collaborative spirit with a knack for problem-solving.
