Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and enhance the procurement and delivery processes for vehicles.
- Manage vehicle orders based on defined specifications and handle scheduling for deliveries and returns.
- Oversee registration documentation and leasing agreements, ensuring compliance and monitoring vehicle returns.
- Ensure the validity of fuel cards and manage related documentation.
- Prepare and present monthly reports detailing customer activity and leasing contract mileage.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal contacts.
- Keep department management and customers informed about ongoing status updates.
- Handle traffic violations and coordinate with the appropriate authorities.
- Request and evaluate reference offers to ensure accuracy based on established criteria.
- Approve cost estimates in accordance with agreed-upon specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with fleet management, leasing, or car rental is preferred.
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is required.
- Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach.
- A problem-solving mindset and a collaborative spirit are essential.
