About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at DELO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships and market development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated market field, staying up-to-date with current developments and trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, including technical decision-makers and potential customers, to gain valuable insights and promote DELO's reputation and market presence.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop new markets and launch new products, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Support regional sales managers, product managers, and the engineering team in our headquarters to ensure seamless execution of global business strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, technical marketing, or business development, with a strong understanding of products that require explanation.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and proficiency in English.
  • Customer-focused and creative approach to problem-solving, with a strong team spirit and high degree of initiative and responsibility.
