About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DELO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated market field
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical deciders and potential customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop new markets and launch new products
  • Provide support to regional sales managers, product managers, and engineering teams as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, physics, or a related field
  • Professional experience in sales, technical marketing, or business development
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
