Welcome to your new role as a Recruitment Specialist in the thriving field of green energy. You will play a vital role in supporting our expansion by utilizing essential recruitment strategies. This position is initially offered for a year, with strong potential for permanence. We are on an ambitious journey to grow our team, and we invite you to join us in this exciting endeavor.
Your Responsibilities- Assist our recruitment team by leveraging your expertise to identify candidates for our photovoltaic service roles.
- Act as a representative during interviews, assessing candidates for cultural alignment with our organization.
- Take full ownership of the service environment, enhancing our influence in the candidate market.
- Embrace digital transformation by utilizing advanced recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Participate in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with colleagues across various locations.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a recruiter, ideally between 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in either a production business or an external agency is welcomed.
- Familiarity with the electrical engineering sector, preferably with knowledge of sustainable energy.
- Experience with HR-ERP systems is a plus; we will provide training on our system, Personio.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language at a C1 level.
- A personable individual who fosters positive relationships and enjoys team camaraderie.
