About the Role

G2 Recruitment GmbH is currently seeking multiple Junior Recruitment Consultants to join the fast-growing Munich office. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates, including taking job briefings, identifying new clients, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates, including taking job briefings and providing interview feedback.
  • Utilize business development techniques to identify new clients and approach them with applicable recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and qualify candidates to take to market and present to clients.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates in a vertical market to become an expert in your sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge of candidates and clients and support the overall team and office goals.
  • Work in established sectors for g2, including Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, to widen our footprint and identify new market opportunities.
Benefits
  • Uncapped commission structure on top of basic salary, with OTEs of €45,000 in the first year, €70-80,000 in the second year, and €90,000-100,000 in the third year.
  • Basic salary of €34,000 for candidates with an undergraduate university degree, €35,000 for candidates with a master's degree, and €37,000 for candidates with a degree and B2 German language proficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Clear defined motivators that suit a target-driven environment.
  • Motivated by a meritocratic culture.
  • Desire to be in a sales-based role, with previous experience being a bonus.
  • Solutions-focused, resilient mindset.
  • Ability to think reactively and in a lateral way in a fast-paced office.
  • Precise and direct communicator.
  • Must live in or be in the process of relocating to Munich, within a commutable distance from Werksviertel.
  • Must possess the right to work in Germany, with g2 Recruitment unable to provide VISA sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
  • Fluency in German is desirable but not essential.
