About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in various recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of interview materials.
    • Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements.
    • Support the HR team with data entry and document management.
    • Help maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Candidate Communication:
    • Assist in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent service and support.
  • Special Projects:
    • Participate in various HR and recruitment projects as assigned.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide support for career fairs and other recruitment events.
