This position is initially offered for a year, with a strong possibility of extension. We have ambitious plans to expand our team, and we are excited to have you on board. Here’s what we need from you:
- Assist our recruitment team in identifying candidates for our photovoltaic service roles.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural alignment with our organization.
- Take full responsibility for the service environment and enhance our influence in the candidate market.
- Leverage digital tools to streamline our recruitment process.
- Embrace a hybrid work environment and collaborate with us to make this a reality.
Now that you understand our expectations, let’s discuss your qualifications:
- You have experience as a recruiter, ideally between 3 to 5 years.
- Your background could be from a manufacturing company or an external agency; we value diverse experiences.
- Experience in recruiting within the electrical engineering field is preferred, especially in sustainable energy.
- Familiarity with an HR-ERP system is a plus; we will provide training on our system, Personio.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language at a C1 level is required.
- Above all, we seek a personable individual who fosters good relationships.
