Job Description

As the Territory Manager for North Eastern Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and leading the field sales team in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving ambitious sales objectives while fostering a culture of success within your team. You will be essential in assembling a motivated and innovative team of Field Sales Executives to accelerate SumUp's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and empower a team of Field Sales Consultants, instilling a relentless pursuit of success. Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance business growth, surpass revenue goals, and capture market share. Discover new market opportunities, explore untapped segments, and devise innovative strategies to secure a competitive advantage. Assess field sales performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement corrective measures to ensure continuous improvement. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and merchants.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership capacity, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that drives business growth and market innovation, ideally within the digital payment sector or a related technology domain. Strong strategic insight, skilled at identifying and leveraging new market opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Comprehensive understanding of the German market dynamics and a proven track record in navigating complex sales environments. Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational capabilities to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels while optimizing team resources effectively. Technologically adept with a thorough understanding of digital solutions and their implications for businesses. A valid driver's license and readiness to travel is essential.
