Your Responsibilities

In this newly established role within the Group Social Responsibility function, you will report to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and work closely with the head of Health and Safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of existing health and wellness resources, identifying opportunities for improvement, and suggesting innovative strategies.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to convert insights into practical recommendations.
  • Leading the development, design, and implementation of the health and wellness roadmap, incorporating audit suggestions and best practices.
  • Creating comprehensive program plans that outline objectives, strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establishing and tracking health and wellness metrics and compliance standards.
  • Encouraging collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for effective program execution.
  • Driving continuous enhancements and utilizing innovative concepts through external benchmarks and internal best practices.

Your Qualifications

With a 5-year degree in health and safety, sustainability, HR, or a related discipline within international and matrix organizations, you possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a successful history in health and care.
  • Expertise in program evaluation techniques, data analysis, and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous.

Your exceptional communication skills, combined with strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, will enable you to navigate complex challenges and make well-informed decisions.
