HR Specialist (m/f/d)

As a key player in our HR department, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees receive exceptional support in all personnel-related matters. Your proactive approach will help us attract, nurture, and retain top talent within our organization.

YOUR MISSION

In the role of HR Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the backbone of our human resources team. Your dedication and enthusiasm will ensure that our workforce is well-managed and engaged.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data Management: You will meticulously oversee and maintain employee records with the utmost attention to detail.
  • Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in recruitment efforts and candidate management to identify the ideal candidates for our organization.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and execute payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Employee Relations: Draft employment contracts, references, and certificates, serving as the primary contact for staff inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in exciting HR projects and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our operational processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educational Background: You possess a completed commercial training, such as a qualification in industrial management or office management, along with further education in HR or a related field, complemented by relevant professional experience.
  • Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of labor, tax, and social security law is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, DATEV) without any challenges.
  • Personal Attributes: Reliability, discretion, and a meticulous work ethic define you. Additionally, you are a communicative team player.
