Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with HR leaders and management on personnel initiatives to cultivate a motivating work atmosphere
- Managing daily HR inquiries and administrative responsibilities, including the onboarding of new hires, self-service tools, and monitoring attendance and working hours
- Leveraging internal dashboards to produce reports for site management
- Designing programs to enhance employee well-being and overall experience at the workplace
- Evaluating company procedures for adherence to data protection regulations, local labor laws, and HR system best practices
A Day in the Life:
This role is not a conventional office position as you will be working on-site at one of our facilities, directly engaging with our logistics teams. Depending on the location, you will collaborate closely with your HR Operations colleagues. A member of our HR team will always be present on-site to address all employee inquiries.

The HR department at Amazon plays a vital role in supporting our workforce. The People Experience and Technology Solutions Team (PXT Team) is dedicated to providing our colleagues with an exceptional Amazon experience, helping us maintain our status as one of the most innovative, customer-focused, and agile organizations globally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or payroll management
- Proficient German language skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including peers and management
- Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in onboarding new employees and related administrative duties
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR/payroll practices
- Good command of the English language
