Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with HR leadership and management on personnel initiatives to cultivate a motivating workplace
- Managing daily HR inquiries and administrative functions, including the onboarding of new hires, utilizing self-service tools, and monitoring attendance and working hours
- Leveraging internal reporting tools to produce insights for site management
- Designing programs aimed at enhancing employee wellness and overall experience
- Evaluating company procedures for adherence to data protection regulations, local labor laws, and HR best practices
A Day in the Life:
This role is not confined to a conventional office setting; you will be actively engaged on-site at one of our facilities, collaborating directly with our logistics teams. Depending on the site, you will work closely with fellow HR Operations Specialists. An HR team member will always be present on-site to address any employee inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:
- Background in HR, employee relations, or payroll management
- Proficient in the German language
- Experience in communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including peers and management
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in onboarding processes and related administrative duties
- Fundamental knowledge of labor laws and HR/payroll practices
- Competent English language skills
