Verantwortlichkeiten

Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Sie – In dieser Position unterstützen Sie den Betrieb der im Hause weltweit eingesetzten HR-Systemlösungen für Prozesse zum Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation und Stammdaten. Für unsere HR-Community sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle bei Fragen zur fachlichen Nutzung der digitalen Applikationen. Außerdem:

  • Unterstützung der verantwortlichen HR-Process Manager bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesslandschaft
  • Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Datenqualität und Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Reports
  • Aktive Unterstützung der HR-Anwender bei fachlichen Themen, vorrangig im Umfeld von SAP-SuccessFactors
  • Modulübergreifende Dokumentation und Koordination des Datenmanagements für SAP SuccessFactors
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Anwender-Trainings

Unser Profil

Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie uns

  • Neben einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studium, gerne mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft, verfügen Sie über 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld
  • Ihre IT-Affinität, sowie Ihr Interesse an cloudbasierten ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP SuccessFactors, runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über:
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
    • Kenntnisse weiterer HR-Systeme sind von Vorteil
    • Analytische Denkweise, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
    • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
    • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Umfeld
