ALTANA AG: HR Specialist (m/f/d) Cross-divisional Development Program

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our cross-divisional development program at ALTANA AG. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for taking on national and international HR tasks, including day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development
  • Participate in and manage HR projects across divisions, regions, and centers of excellence
  • Contribute to the HR transformation project, driving change and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related business needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and management
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
