Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of the BAC core team, your tasks will include:
- Contributing to the agile transformation of a significant GFA function.
- Assisting the BAC Leadership Team in executing controlling initiatives and managing change activities.
- Creating engaging communications that simplify complex topics for the team.
- Coordinating employee-focused events such as All-Employee Meetings and social activities for over 390 staff members.
- Collaborating on the quarterly BAC Newsletter and maintaining an informative BAC SharePoint page.
Your Profile
You will be an excellent fit if you can affirmatively respond to most of the following:
- You possess a keen interest in change management and communication, particularly in Finance and Controlling.
- You demonstrate self-management, reliability, and professionalism in your work.
- You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group and view feedback as a valuable opportunity for growth.
- You excel in strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking.
- You have some experience in a Finance/Controlling environment or in change management/communications, possibly through your academic studies.
- You have basic design skills and familiarity with design software.
- You are in the latter half of your academic program.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
