Role Overview

As a working student in the Project Controlling team, you will play a vital role in supporting various financial and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Controlling team with tasks related to financial oversight, including month-end closing, forecasting, and data management.
  • Contribute to multiple initiatives within BAC Services, ensuring high-quality data consolidation and the preparation of insightful analyses and reports.
  • Support project teams throughout all phases, from planning to execution, while monitoring progress and reporting outcomes.
  • Help in creating and maintaining process documentation for internal SAP platforms, including newsletters and onboarding materials.
  • Engage proactively with team members, managers, and internal stakeholders in a diverse, international setting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student in business administration, business information systems, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Finance & Controlling is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is beneficial.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
