Join Our Team as a Controlling Governance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to support our Controlling Governance team in their daily business and project work. As a Controlling Governance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global controlling process owners in their daily business and project work, especially during month-end/quarter-end closing activities
  • Support internal projects to improve and enhance our internal controlling processes and systems
  • Document our processes in Word/PowerPoint/internal knowledge platform
  • Show high accountability in the execution of operative activities
  • Gain insights into diverse controlling processes
  • Work 8-16 hours per week
Requirements:
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: economics or business administration with focus on finance/controlling
  • Computer skills: Very good proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Soft skills: Intercultural experience would be a plus
  • Others: Highly motivated and self-driven
About the Team:

The CoE Controlling Governance team is part of the Global Controlling Organization. We provide governance on every kind of cost and revenue allocation across the whole SAP to ensure management and legal compliance.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
