What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized student to support our team in various business operations and customer experience initiatives. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in setting up and managing video streaming platforms, internal Sharepoint pages, and social media accounts. You will also support the creation of project status reports and assist with internal and external logistics. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to execute smaller projects and contribute to the improvement of our team's operations.

Requirements

* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration, and economics
* Computer skills: MS Office
* Language skills: fluent in German & English
* Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive
* Prior experience with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions is beneficial
