Student Assistant in Project Controlling

Position Overview
As a working student in the Project Controlling team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various financial and controlling activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Controlling team with financial management tasks, including month-end closing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Contribute to project initiatives within BAC Services by consolidating data and preparing detailed analyses and presentations.
- Support project teams throughout all phases, including planning, implementation, and monitoring, while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
- Help create and maintain process documentation, ensuring accessibility on SAP internal platforms, such as newsletters and onboarding materials.
- Engage proactively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student in business administration, business information systems, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Finance & Controlling is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Business Intelligence systems is beneficial.
- A collaborative mindset with effective communication skills, along with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking and a process-oriented approach.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A strong focus on customer service, quality, and attention to detail.

The BAC Controlling team is dedicated to supporting business leaders in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis. This role will involve engaging in business partnering and driving initiatives aimed at simplifying and standardizing key controlling processes.
